How do I see replies from Customer Service?

When you use the Customer Service form, an email reply is sent to the email address you entered when you asked your question. Questions are answered with one business day.

If you don't receive a reply, there are a few possible reasons.

  1. If it's been less than 24 hours, wait just a bit longer. Questions submitted on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday may not be answered until Monday.

  2. The reply may have gone into your spam folder. Check your spam folder for emails from GainSaver. Some email programs, like Gmail, may automatically more incoming email into other folders. Check those folders also.

  3. The email address you entered was incorrect. If you have waited for one business day and not received a reply, you may have mistyped your email address in the form. In that case, go ahead and try again. Double check the email is correct.
