How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet.

Canceling an order:
Click the Enter Service Request link at the bottom of the GainSaver homepage. This will take you to the Customer Service form.
Enter your name.
Enter your email address. Use the same email address as the one you used to place your order. Make sure the email address is entered correctly. Otherwise you will not get the email reply.
Select the topic "Cancel Order".
In the message box, please provide the number of the order you want to cancel.
Click the "Send" button when you are finished.
Customer Service will respond to your return request within one business day. The reply will be sent to the email address you provided. A confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to you by email.
