How do I return items?
If you have a problem and want to return items you have purchased, you will need to request an RMA.
Important: Do not return items before contacting requesting an RMA. Returns must be authorized in advance.
Requesting an RMA number to return items:
Click the Return Item link at the bottom of the GainSaver homepage. This will take you to the Customer Service form.
Enter your name.
Enter your email address. Use the same email address as the one you used to place your order. Make sure the email address is entered correctly. Otherwise you will not get the email reply.
Select the topic "Return Item".
Please provide the order number of your purchase, the item or items you want to return, and a short description of the reason you would like to return the items.
Click the "Send" button when you are finished.
Customer Service will respond to your return request within one business day. The reply will be sent to the email address you provided. If your return request is approved, you will receive the return information plus the RMA number to write on the box.
